Delivery Policy

NuAngle deliveries are free of charge on all online orders over R1000.00 within SouthAfrica and free of charge on all online orders over

R5000.00 for Namibia.

During the checkout process, your delivery fee will be automatically determined based on your order value. For SouthAfrican orders, door to door delivery will take 2 – 3 working days depending on your delivery area. For deliveries to Namibia, NuAngle aims to have your package to you within 10 working days.

We do not offer overnight or urgent deliveries, should you require overnight or urgent delivery please contact us to make arrangements to use your own courier.

Please note: No orders will be dispatched until funds have cleared in our banking account or reflect via our payment gateway (Payfast). Should you require your order urgently please make use of the instant EFT option via Payfast.

Should a product you have ordered be:

Out of Stock / Temporarily unavailable

NuAngle will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery. Should you not agree to the extended delivery period or accept delivery of a substitute product instead or a credit on your NuAngle user profile, NuAngle will issue a refund in respect of that product

to you as well as the related delivery cost (If applicable).

Discontinued / Permanently unavailable

NuAngle will notify you and, unless you agree to accept a substitute product instead or a credit on your NuAngle user profile, NuAngle will issue a refund in respect of that product to you as well as the related delivery cost (if applicable).

Should you have redeemed a voucher or coupon against a product that is either temporarily or permanently unavailable and you do not agree to an extended delivery period, or to accept delivery of an alternative product instead, NuAngle will re-issue you with a replacement voucher or coupon to the same value, with the same voucher terms and conditions.

Return Policy

Non – Defective Products

If upon receiving your purchase you are not satisfied with your choice of product(s) and wish to return it for a refund as aforesaid, please ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in, and in their original shipping packaging within 7 days.

Please note that returns are for your own account and the delivery charges on your initial purchase are not eligible for refund.

If the incorrect product is delivered to you in error (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging or use the product at all. Please promptly contact one of the NuAngle customer support agents on 011 467 4145 or email: support@nuangle.co.za so that we can resolve the error by arranging to collect such product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

Defective Products

Isiris Monitor

1 year replacement warranty. This excludes misuse and damage.

Isiris Alpha

This is a single use product and will be handled through our Company complaint system.

Colorescience, ZO Skin Health, Thymuskin & Sonoma

If you are outside of our return period, and in your opinion your product is defective, please contact us for assistance. This will be handled through our Company complaint system. Please have your order number ready and contact Customer Care on 011 467 4145.

Arthrex

1 year warranty on a new centrifuge.

Double syringe systems – This is a single use product and will be handled through our Company complaint system.

Ulthera

NON WORKING TRANSDUCER:

If the transducer malfunctions within its 12 month shelf life period, please contact us in order to complete the relevant paperwork and submit to the Manufacturer for assessment.

Once the Manufacturer assessment has been received the product may either be replaced (if more than 2100 lines remaining) or a credit note for the unused lines (less than 2100 lines remaining) may be issued. Anew order is then required to replace the failed transducer.

Damaged Products

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any product damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your package arriving. Please do not throw away or destroy any part of the inner packaging, shipping box, or products, or we will not be able to assess the product and assist you with a return or exchange.

Processing of credits & refunds

Should you be entitled to a refund for any reason, such refund shall either be in the form of a voucher or coupon to be used for future purchases or effected on the credit card used to purchase the product or be deposited into the bank account used in the Electronic Funds Transfer, within 10 business days of the returned item having been cleared by our quality control department.

Disclaimer

NuAngle’s Quality Control Department has the right to oversee whether the product is refundable or replaceable.
